Simple Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
- Sweet potato 1 (peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces)
- Small cauliflower (cut into florets)
- Yellow onion medium 1 (diced)
- Chickpeas 1 can (rinsed and drained)
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- Brown mustard seeds 2 tsp
- Long-grain white rice 1 cup
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- Red curry paste 1 tbsp
- Unsweetened coconut milk 1 cup
- Fresh coriander (for serving)

Singaporean Garlic Rice
Ingredients:
Heat the oil and butter in a wok and fry the chopped carrots for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the beaten egg, scramble until cooked.
Stir in rice and add salt and sugar to taste.
Combine in the fried chopped carrots.
Fry until all the Ingredients are well combined.
Add in the fried garlic crisps and add a dash of ground black pepper to taste.
- Cooked rice, cooled 2 cups
- Carrots, finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Spring onions, chopped 2 tbsp
- Eggs lightly beaten 2
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Fried crispy garlic chips 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Black pepper ground a pinch

Spaghetti in Meaty Sauce
Ingredients:
In a large pan cook the beef mince, sausage, pepperoni, capsicum, garlic, onion, carrot. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain into a large colander to drain extra grease.
In another pan, add the mushrooms, tomato ketchup, tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock cube, bay leaves, thyme, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, black pepper, sugar and stir well. Pour the meat mixture into the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Beef mince 250gm
- Sausages chopped 2
- Pepperonis sliced 2
- Capsicum, chopped 1
- Garlic, chopped 1 clove
- Onion, chopped 1
- Carrot, diced 1
- Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Beef stock cube 1
- Bay leaves 2
- Dried thyme 1/2 tsp
- Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
- Dried basil 1/8 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1/8 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1/8 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Boiled spaghetti 1 packet

Gosht main sare masaale achi tarah se laga lain.Lemon ka arq bhi achi tarah laga lain.Do ghante ke lie rakh dain phir koyle wala cholha (angeethi) jala kar seekhon par 3 se 4 boti laga kar saik lain is ke baad cooking oil laga kar 2 minutes baad nikal lain or garam garam paish karain.
