Achari Biryani Recipe in Urdu

Ajza:
  • Chicken (1kg)
  • Dahi (250 gram)
  • Chawal (1kg)
  • Lemon - kate hoe (2 adad)
  • Pyaz - bareek kati hoi ( 5 adad)
  • Timater - kate hoe (5 adad)
  • Hari mirch (6-8 adad)
  • Oil ya Ghee (1.5 cup)
  • Lehsan (1 khane k chamach)
  • Adrak (1 khane k chamach)
  • Hara dhanya (2 khane k chamach)
  • Podina kata hoa (2 khane k chamach)
  • Achari biryani masaala (1 packet)
Tarkeeb:

Tail ya ghee main bareek pyaz golden karain aur do khane ke chamach nikal kar alag rakh dain.
Baki pyaz main murghi ka gosht , pisa lehsan aur pisi adrak daal kar 5 say 10 minutes bhonain.
Phir gosht main hasb e zarurat pani shamil kar ke halki aanch par pakne dain.Is ke baad bareek
kate darmyane timater , dahi , 1 packet achari biryani masaala daal kar halki aanch par gosht galne
dain.Jab tail ya ghee oper aa jae to is main hari mirch, kata hara dhanya , kata podina aur lemon shamil kar
ke bartan cholhe se utar lain.Ab alag dekchi main bara glass pani main namak daal kar basmati chawal ubal
lain yahan tak ke wo aik kani reh jaen.Phir aik aur dekchi main aur chawal ki do teh laga kar oper zarde
ka rung dalain aur pehlay taiz aanch par 5 mint aur phir halki aanch par 10 minutes tak dum dain.
Akhir main biryani tali pyaz se garnish kar ke salad aur raite ke sath serve karain.
